A stunning selection of brand new prints, all squirted wetly onto 200gsm smooth archival card at A4 size. Designed for framing, these prints feature an exciting and visually stimulating border, to minimise the faff of having to cut yourself an appropriate mount.
As ever, once sold out, these designs will be replaced, so if you like any of these, I warmly recommend having one while they're extant.
JINGLEBIN - a Medieval werewolf jester-cum-seer dangles a bell, looking skyward. The Latin beneath its feet reads "from the depths, I will rise again". Painted in gouache, with digitally applied type from an original Medieval source.
CUMLORD - painted on a plane, squashed in the middle seat between two men who desparately wished I wasn't. My pen exploded dramatically onto the page under the pressure change, and I painted the spillage from where it pooled in the palm of my hand. A werewolf presents the empty chalice of its abdomen, where sterile blood pools.
DIONYSOS - watercolour and gold ink painting over an automatic drawing, with digital alterations to get the colours more harmonius. Dionysos lives in the hedgerows along the guided busway near my house.
MALACHIAH - ink drawing on cartridge paper with digital cleaning. I drew this after a beautiful day at the Aubrey Beardsley exhibition at the Tate Britain a few years ago. Beardsley has always been one of my top inspirations, so it was very nice to draw power from the original source again.
H/ER L/ORDSHIP - Eris is a shapeshifter, never presenting a clear formation of H/erself prior to this piece. Painted in gouache with neon ink, and digitally applied trans-specific warding glyphs.
